Terms of Service
These Terms set out the rules for using seoapp.ai and the rights and obligations of users. The provider is Katarzyna Górecka, ul. Nowogrodzka 31, 00-511 Warszawa, NIP: 7412060624, contact: admin@seoapp.ai.
1. General
The provider and owner of the seoapp.ai Service is Katarzyna Górecka, ul. Nowogrodzka 31, 00-511 Warszawa, NIP: 7412060624. These Terms apply to every User of the Service.
2. Definitions
Provider - the entity in section 1. Service - the seoapp.ai platform. User - anyone using the Service. Consumer - a natural person entering into a contract not directly related to their business. Services - the features described in section 4.
3. Technical requirements
To use the Service you need a device with internet access, an up-to-date browser and an active email address.
4. Scope of the service
seoapp.ai is an SEO automation tool: it generates AI-optimised articles, analyses rankings and competitors, integrates with Google Search Console, can publish content to your CMS and provides a support chat.
5. Registration and account
Most features require an account. The Service may only be used by adults. The data you provide should be true and up to date. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
6. Plans, prices and payments
The Service is offered under subscription plans; the Single plan includes a 7-day money-back guarantee.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the next billing period unless cancelled before it ends. Payments are handled by an external processor and invoices are provided electronically.
We will notify you of any subscription price change by email at least one billing period in advance. The new price applies from the next billing period - if you do not accept it, you can cancel the subscription before the change takes effect.
In addition to subscriptions we may offer one-off digital products (e.g. e-books, reports, event access) - their price and scope are stated when ordering. All prices are gross prices.
Plans may include quantitative limits (e.g. the number of articles, sites or languages) - the current scope and limits of each plan are stated in the Service's pricing page.
7. Webinars and free events
We may organise webinars and other online events ("Events"). Registration is via a form - providing your details (first name, email address, phone number) and accepting these Terms are required to reserve a seat. We confirm the registration and send a personal access link by email.
Registration and participation are free of charge. Instead of a price, access is granted in exchange for providing personal data and consenting to marketing communication (email and SMS) from the Provider - a contract for the supply of a digital service paid for with personal data within the meaning of Art. 32a of the Polish Consumer Rights Act. You can withdraw the marketing consent at any time (unsubscribe link or a message to admin@seoapp.ai).
If you prefer not to "pay with data", write to admin@seoapp.ai - we will provide paid access to the Event for PLN 99 (gross), with no marketing consents required.
The access link is personal and must not be shared with third parties. Participants may not record or distribute the Event. The Provider may record the Event and publish its recording and related materials.
The Provider may cancel or reschedule an Event for important reasons beyond its control (e.g. host illness, technical failure) - registered users will be informed by email or SMS and given a new date.
Free participation: report any issues (e.g. technical problems) to admin@seoapp.ai. Paid access (PLN 99) is covered by the withdrawal (section 8) and complaints (section 14) provisions.
Standards of civil discussion apply during Events. The Provider may revoke access from a participant who breaches these Terms or disrupts the Event.
8. Right of withdrawal (consumer) and its exclusion
A consumer entering into a distance contract generally has the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason.
Digital content (e-books and downloadable files, e.g. the "Be the AI answer" e-book and the Implementation Pack): the right of withdrawal does NOT apply if performance began with your explicit prior consent and after you were informed that you would thereby lose the right of withdrawal, and acknowledged this (Art. 38(1)(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). You give this consent by ticking the relevant box when placing the order; we send confirmation of the contract together with this information to your email address.
Services (including digital services, e.g. an individually prepared Premium Report and subscription access to the Service): if you request that performance begin before the 14-day period ends and acknowledge the loss of the right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed, the right of withdrawal lapses upon full performance. If you withdraw before completion, you pay for what was provided up to that point (Art. 38(1)(1) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act).
If you do not give the above consents, you retain the 14-day right of withdrawal on general terms - in that case delivery of the content or the start of the service may only take place after that period ends.
Regardless of the above, the Single plan includes a voluntary 7-day money-back guarantee (section 6).
9. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service for unlawful, infringing or deceptive content, or for actions that threaten the security or stability of the Service (e.g. attempts to bypass protections or excessive load).
In particular, the following are prohibited: automated data extraction from the Service (scraping), reverse engineering, sharing or reselling your account or access to third parties, and using the Service to build a competing product.
10. User content and AI-generated content
You are responsible for the data and content you provide and for the content you publish. AI-generated content is assistive and may require review and editing. We do not guarantee specific search rankings or business outcomes.
11. Intellectual property
Rights to the Service, its software, design and brand belong to the Provider. Content generated on your request may be used for your own business, respecting third-party rights.
12. Third-party integrations
The Service may connect to third-party services (e.g. Google, WordPress, Shopify). Their use is also subject to those providers' terms and policies, and Google data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy.
13. Liability
The Service is provided with due care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect effects of using the Service or for decisions made based on generated content. The content of the Service and Events is educational and does not constitute legal or financial advice. These limitations do not exclude or limit consumer rights.
Towards Users who are not consumers, our total liability is capped at what the User has paid for the Service over the previous 12 months, and such a User releases us from third-party claims arising from content they published in breach of these Terms or the law.
14. Complaints
Send complaints to admin@seoapp.ai. We will handle them without undue delay, no later than within 14 days (or another period required by law).
15. Termination and suspension
You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription and/or deleting your account. The Provider may suspend or close an account in case of a material breach of these Terms.
16. Referral programme
The detailed programme rules (commission, the 7-day holding period, payouts, prohibitions) are set out in the Affiliate Programme Terms at seoapp.ai/affiliate/terms - for programme matters that document prevails. The provisions below are a summary.
You may receive a personal referral link. For paid orders placed by people who arrive via your link, you earn a commission in the amount and on the terms described in the programme panel in the Service. Referrals are attributed via a cookie (last click wins, valid for 60 days).
The programme is intended for businesses: commission is paid out solely against a correctly issued invoice, on request, once the minimum threshold stated in the programme panel is reached. Instead of a payout, you can exchange the commission for a Service subscription.
Self-referrals, spam and misrepresenting the Service are prohibited - breaching these rules may result in refusal of payout and exclusion from the programme.
17. Out-of-court dispute resolution
A Consumer may use the out-of-court complaint and redress mechanisms available in their country of residence (in Poland, e.g. the Trade Inspection or municipal consumer ombudsmen; more at uokik.gov.pl).
18. Governing law
Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the consumer's country of residence.
19. Changes to the Terms
We may change these Terms for valid reasons and will give advance notice. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means acceptance.
