Glossary
SEO, GEO, indexing, long-tail, YMYL - what the words you will see in the panel mean.
Basics
- 1SEOThe work that makes a site findable in a search engine. In practice, today that mostly means content that answers people's questions.
- 2GEOThe same, but for AI assistants: being visible and cited in answers from ChatGPT, Perplexity or Gemini.
- 3IndexingThe moment Google adds a page to its database. Without it an article does not exist in the results, even if it is on your blog.
- 4Long-tailLonger, more precise queries ("how to choose a bike for a 5-year-old") - fewer searches, but far less competition and better conversion.
- 5KeywordThe query an article is written for. The system picks them from real demand, not from a wish list.
- 6YMYLTopics touching health, law and money. Search engines - and we - treat them more carefully: claim control, disclaimers, no promises.
- 7CannibalisationTwo articles on the same keyword take visibility away from each other. The system watches for this when building the plan.
- 8Internal linkingLinks from an article to your own pages. They help the search engine understand your structure and lead the customer to your offer.
