Payments
You pay by card or BLIK. Prices in the price list are net - VAT at the applicable rate is added to the amount due.
With a Polish tax ID we take the invoice address from official registers rather than from whatever the browser suggested at payment - that way the invoice matches the register from the first time.
When a payment fails
You get an email and you see a bar in the panel. There is a grace period in which you can fix the payment - only after it does the subscription get closed. The rules and the number of days are stated plainly in the email and in the panel, before anything happens.
